How do I play ManguLand?

The goal is to connect ingredients to clear the board and complete the level orders.

• Basic Move: Drag your finger over the desired ingredientsto connect 2 or more matching ingredients (Plantains, Salami, Cheese, Eggs or Avocados).
• Target: Check the top of the screen to see how many moves you have remaining and what targets you need to complete (e.g., "Collect 20 Salamis", "Score 2000 points", "Make 3 Super Combos", etc.)
• Game Over: You lose if you run out of Moves before completing the order.

What are the different Combos?

Don't just match 2! Bigger chains create bigger flavors:

• Match 2 (2 Golpes): Match 2 items of the same ingredient.
• Match 3 (3 Golpes): Match 3 items of the same ingredient.
• Plain Combo: Match 4 items.
• Super Combo: Match 5 or 6 items.
• Ultra Combo: Match 7 to 9 items.
• Supreme Combo: Connect 10 or more items.

What does the Golden Avocado do?

The Golden Avocado is a special power-up. Tap it once to clear all items above, below, left and right of the golden avocado for a strategic move. When in a collecting items level, you get credit for the items you remove that match your level goals.

I’m stuck on a level! Any tips?

Some levels are designed to be tricky!

1. Look for setups: Use small "Match-2" moves (which give low points) to drop ingredients into place for a Super or Ultra combo.
2. Use Golden Avocados strategically Use them to collect items that are far away but within the same lane or to clear lanes on the board to allow for new items to get generated.
3. Check the Goal: Are you matching Salami when the level asks for Cheese? Always keep an eye on the Target counter.
4. I'm almost out of moves. Can I do something to gain moves?YES! That's what the "Mangu Combo" is for! This is a strategic combo that gives you points while at the same time you get one extra move. If you see yourself out of moves, get one more turn by finding one of each of the ManguLand items (Plantains, Salami, Cheese, Eggs, Avocados) for a total of 5 items, and you'll get one extra move + points.

🔧 Technical Issues

The app is freezing or crashing.

We are sorry about that! Please try the following steps:

1. Force Close: Close the app completely and reopen it.
2. Check for Updates: Visit the App Store to ensure you have the latest version of ManguLand.
3. Restart Device: Turn your phone off and on again to clear the memory.
4. Storage: Ensure you have enough free space on your device.

My sound effects are missing.

Check the "Settings" gear icon on the main menu. Ensure that Music and Sounds are toggled ON. Also, check that your device is not in "Silent Mode" (the physical switch on the side of iPhone).

Stats & Progress

I want to check my stats at any given time during the game. What do I do?

Check the "Settings" gear icon at the top right corner of the game page, or at the home screen you should have the "Settings" button. Tap to expand the options, then find and tap on "My Game Stats". Here you can see what your highest level achieved is, and your highest score achieved.

I won the game (yay!) and I want to start over. How can I clear my stats?

Check the "Settings" gear icon at the top right corner of the game page, or at the home screen you should have the "Settings" button. Tap to expand the options, then find and tap on "Reset Stats". You'll get asked whether that's what you want as this is not reversible. This will put you at 0 score and back at level one - and the fun begins again!

How do I check my progress in the whole game not just my current level?

Check the "Settings" gear icon at the top right corner of the game page, or at the home screen you should have the "Settings" button. Tap to expand the options, then find and tap on "My Progress". Here you will see where you are along the whole journey, how many levels you have completed, how many levels left, and so on.
